After download

  1. Right-click A1Realty-Setup-1.0.0.exe → Properties → tick Unblock if it appears, then OK.
  2. Double-click A1Realty-Setup-1.0.0.exe and follow the setup wizard (Welcome → License → Location → Install → Done).
  3. Launch A1Realty from the Start menu. PostgreSQL is bundled, so the app creates its database automatically on first run.
  4. No prerequisites: the .NET runtime and PostgreSQL are bundled inside the installer.

System requirements

OS Windows 10 / 11 / Server 2016+
RAM 4 GB minimum, 8 GB+ recommended for large portfolios
Disk ~300 MB for the installer; depends on portfolio size for the database
Display 1366×768 minimum, 1920×1080 recommended
.NET runtime None. The package is self-contained.

بعد التنزيل

  1. انقر بزر الفأرة الأيمن على A1Realty-Setup-1.0.0.exe → Properties → اضغط Unblock إن وُجد.
  2. انقر مزدوجًا على A1Realty-Setup-1.0.0.exe واتبع معالج التثبيت (ترحيب ← ترخيص ← المكان ← تثبيت ← إنهاء).
  3. شغِّل A1Realty من قائمة ابدأ. PostgreSQL مدمج، فيُنشئ البرنامج قاعدة بياناته تلقائيًا عند أول تشغيل.
  4. لا متطلّبات مسبقة: محرّك .NET وPostgreSQL مدمجان داخل المُثبِّت.
